Refund policy

At Zodia Collective, each fridge magnet is custom-made with your chosen design or image. Because these products are personalised, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.

However, your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your order:

• arrives damaged or faulty,
• does not match the design, image, or specifications you approved,
• or if there is another issue where we have not met our obligations.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@zodiacollective.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your request promptly and work with you to resolve it.

We take great care in packaging and producing your magnets, and our goal is that you love your personalised order.
