Processing Time
All magnets are custom-made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to create and package your order before shipping.

Shipping Method
We ship all orders with Australia Post. At checkout, you can select from:

• Standard Parcel Post (delivery estimate 3–8 business days within Australia)
• Express Post (delivery estimate 1–4 business days within Australia)

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Zodia Collective is not responsible for postal delays once your order has been lodged, but we will always do our best to help you track your parcel if it’s running late.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
