Welcome to Zodia Collective. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully so you know how we work and what to expect.

1. About Us

Zodia Collective is an Australian small business specialising in personalised fridge magnets and gifts. All our products are custom-made with the images and details you provide.

2. Orders & Personalisation

  • Please ensure all details and photos you upload are accurate and high quality. The quality of your photo will directly affect the quality of the printed magnet. (Screenshots or images downloaded from Facebook may appear blurry when printed.)

  • Once an order is placed, we begin production promptly. Orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering through the checkout system.

  • If applicable, GST will be included in the price shown.

4. Shipping

  • We use Australia Post for delivery.

  • Processing time is usually 1–2 business days, plus delivery time depending on the shipping method you select (see our Shipping Policy for details).

  • Zodia Collective is not responsible for postal delays once an order has been lodged, but we’ll always help track your parcel if issues arise.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Because our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your order is faulty, damaged, or does not match your approved design.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, text, and images on our website remain the property of Zodia Collective and cannot be copied or used without permission.

  • The images you upload remain your responsibility, and by submitting them you confirm you have the right to use them.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, natural disasters).

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodia Collective will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy & Use of Uploaded Images

  • Any photos or personal information you provide are used solely for creating your personalised order.

  • We do not store your images permanently. Uploaded photos are deleted from our systems 7 days after your order has been processed.

  • We will never share your images with third parties without your consent.
